I recently opened up accounts here for my business. Terry in North Syracuse has been extremely helpful in the process of moving from a different large regional bank that increasingly I have been displeased with. So far I am happy with this transition as well as the attention and personal service I have received from Terry and her staff. A small local bank is the way to go. No ESG please! It is the first time in my life I am on a first name basis with my banker. Thank you Terry.

I have been banking at various banks for over 50 years this bank Seneca federal savings is by far Is the best bank ever. The employees are always very courteous and helpful and I rarely have to wait in line. I highly recommend this bank

Today I visited the North Syracuse Branch and McKenzie waited on me to help me with online banking and she did amazing. Heather is also super nice and helped me with other questions I had. They both made it quick and easy to do all my banking needs. All the girls in North Syracuse are the best.
