My experience with Seneca Savings was a most pleasant one. I went there for a Home Equity Line of Credit. I met with Annette Sherwood-Fischer. She was so kind and patient. She spent a great deal of time explaining how everything works. She went over all the documents very carefully and explained anything I didn't understand. I tried to have everything organized for her and the entire experience was made so easy because of her patience and kindness. I will try to give your bank more business as I need it and will share my experience and recommend you whenever I can.

Opening an account at the Liverpool branch was such an effortless process. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. Phillip was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent feedback. I was 100% satisfied with my experience today. They even give a free gift when you open a new account! I would definitely recommend banking with Seneca Savings.
