Empower Federal Credit Union, Clay, NY

I have had several bad experiences with their awful bill pay service and they recently garnished my accounts without notice due to monies owed on my son's account. fyi - stay away!

Very nice...short and sweet...prompt and to the point.couple John Hancock and I was out the door.

Since covid the drive through teller takes forever. Waiting a half hour in line is unacceptable. Employees are friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go into lobby again. Can go to a professional sports game and into a restaurant but can't go into a bank. They are carrying this way too far.
