BEWARE - SCAM I was hired by CMN to perform two appraisals for development projects in Panama. This company requires its clients to transfer them the full appraisal fee upfront to supposedly cancel the appraiser once the report is received. The draft reports were submitted back in December 2020. Since then the transaction remained on hold, with no concrete answer from CMN. After several months, the client's broker had to contact directly the real lender to move forward with the transaction, since CMN was just an intermediary. I brokered a loan to them, and my client gave them a large deposit to run their transaction through a bank instrument program. The deal hasn't funded yet, and it's been nearly a year. My client wants to cancel the transaction, which the agreement said they can do and they would get their deposit back. My client has not received the money, and Steven is ignoring calls and text messages.

WARNING - Solsiem Constructora hired to CMN to perform a Funding Transaction. It was paid to CMN a deposit for a LOI, and then a payment for deposit of a CCL. However, when it was chosen the Appraiser, CMN did not perform any work about the Underwriting for a project located in Colombia. We have sent different emails asking for refund the sources we paid as deposit because CMN did not make any transaction, nevertheless Stephen Frank has been avoiding to us, including his broker Julio A Morales who is based in Florida. We have been sending email since December 2021, and nobody has answered yet.
