I have been an AmeriCU customer for well over five years, customer service has gone down the drain. You can't get them on the phone, and since I've moved, I'm not driving twice hours to a window. As soon as I can, I'm done with them.

Americu, and specifically Andrea Neal are the epitome of quality in customer service. I felt like I was treated as a valued customer and friend, not someone they could just make money from. Andrea is extremely thorough, running numbers multiple times to ensure everything was accurate. She showed her expertise in explaining all aspects of my loan to me prior to my signing. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and the service of everyone I have met in the Cortland, NY Americu office!
