A bank is useless if they don’t interact with their customers. I’ve been extremely disappointed with CFCU’s communication abilities, both online and over the phone. I think it is reasonable to expect that if you call a place seven times over two days during business hours, someone will answer the phone. This in conjunction with my other customer service experiences have me considering leaving

Zero if there was an option, do not waste your time. Ever heard of a "Re-Deposit Fee", that's right, they charge you 10 dollars for someone else's account being NSF, CRIMINAL, it is theft, the NSF was covid related and they wouldn't waive the fee. Upped my mortgage without notification. Ask unusual questions for loans that are not the standard.

Never had a problem, have done business over the phone and in person.

Terrible. This new system update has had me locked out of my account since the weekend and I cannot get a single person on the phone to help me. I’m extremely frustrated with CFCU and I’ll be leaving for another bank.

Always an easy process.

I have never had any problems/issues with this bank. Always works well looks nice. Tellers are normally polite to customers.
