I love this bank. I have been with them since 2004. Always spotless, always friendly staff. Very helpful if there is a problem and take care of it immediately. They do not have automated service which I do miss but worth it when you have a bank you trust with staff that remember you everytime.

Best bank around, my parents always had their accounts with them all their lives

Terrible misleading customer service. Each agent says there own thing, no two agents say same things, hours of customer service vary from what is posted on line.

Josh was extremely helpful setting up my account however he had told me that I would be able to withdraw my money as soon as it is deposited into my account. I then received money from my job yesterday and went to withdraw it today where the ladies that were inside then refused to complete my transaction and are now leaving me without any money until Friday, mind you I am a college student and very much so need to have at least a little cash on me at all times. They were rude and condescending and also started to discriminate against me once they found out my profession. If I hadn’t already made my account here I absolutely would have found another bank that is close to me.
