Terrible service all around. I went to the ATM today and the machine malfunctioned. Sending an error on the screen, shorting me $20. This has never happened in my life. The bank was open so I talked to the woman with dark eyebrows and ponytail asking them to check the machine. After 35 minutes of waiting with no answers or apologies, they said they will try to mail me a check in the coming months. Hahaha insane. So rude and unprofessional. Lost time and money going to an atm. Was about the shadiest experience at a bank I’ve ever experienced and that’s not a good look. I hope the woman working at least learns to be nice and professional in the future.
