I recently went through dnbd for a mortgage and had no issues whatsoever this bank is an actual community bank unlike other big banks I had an awful experience with community bank trying to get a mortgage and dnbd came highly recommended from a friend and he was right, Patrick at the davenport branch was my loan officer he is great I highly recommend him and this bank

I have been a customer for 17 years. For normal, everyday banking needs, DNBD is very good, but don't expect to use your debit card for any major online purchases. They repeatedly decline my transactions online, even after calling them beforehand to tell them that I will be making one.

Very difficult to do business with if you do not have an account. Very disappointing.

Good service and offerings, but too conservative when it comes to small business loans. Many local entrepreneurial businesses go elsewhere.

He walked me through every step of the way with his expertise and honesty that i truly appreciated. Any questions i had he fully addressed and he got back to me as quickly as he could on any issues he needed to explore. Dwayne’s professionalism was obvious from the start but his easy and pleasant manner was even more impressive. He is a tremendous asset to your bank and i hope as appreciated as much as he was by me. Dwayne is absolutely amazing. I wish more people would care about their customers as he does. He listens , works hard for you, and has never said no I can’t help you. DNBD needs to give him a raise and a Christmas bonus. Try keeping him, because if he leaves, I will not bank with DNBD. Dwayne you’re the best person ever!!
