Inner Lakes Federal Credit Union, Fredonia, NY

I have belonged to this credit union since they were located at the fredonia high school. I have been a member well over 20 years! If I go to the store and use my debit card with the chip in it, the fraud department will reach out to make sure it’s me as they should… but no one blinks an eye when out of the blue an online gambling site takes 189.00 out and then right after that (same day) takes 250.00 more… so I go in and try to get this taken care of and the lady doesn’t know what to say but she can’t help me… “you can try to dispute it”. I said how do I get ahold of whoever it is that’s withdrawing the money and she says idk… google it! I said I should pull what money I have left in my checking and she grins and says “you can’t you’re in the negative…”well of course I am… you keep screwing up and allowing anyone to withdraw whatever they want… and you do nothing about it!

Worst Bank in the area. Horrible customer service, and they don’t care about their customers. Take your business elsewhere.

Best bank ever. Great rates on loans, free coin machine for members and all of the staff treat you like a friend. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new bank.
