Lake Shore Savings Bank, Fredonia, NY

I got a letter yesterday from Lake Shore. They wanted to ask about some charges on my debit card. They tried to call, but I was not home. They are persistent!! Oh Boy!! Identity theft!! I must have been hacked!! Im screwed!! What next?! I took a trip south to visit an old friend. I stopped in Erie on my way home and picked up $600 worth of spring project material on the debit card plus about $1600 in expenses on the trip, food, fuel, entertainment, small buys. They were concerned, my cards being used in places I never been, Im buying things out of my ordinary routine and they picked up on it! Concerned it was stolen, they called me, then wrote my a letter. Thankfully It was me, but they noticed out of the ordinary purchases in out of the ordinary places and took action. This bank is top notch! I couldn't be more impressed, pleased and confident. That says a lot when you can say that of your bank. Have you ever thought about this stuff? You may want to start, and here is the place to begin! Thank You Lake Shore!
