2:07pm on saturday. They arent open. Not even the drive thru. Seriously ?!?? I put cash money in the ATM. Monday at 3:30pm the money is still not available. Its cash. You count it. Add it to my account. Nobody is saying it should be there at 8:01 monday morning. But by 3:30pm the following monday IT SHOULD BE. Im sorry i ever got involved with this bank. You shouldn't definitely look at other options if possible.

All the employees are really great. I didn't think I would qualify for a consolidation loan but, I did. It was just what I needed to get me back on track financially.

I had money come up missing out of my account. Both my local office, and the main office refused to help sort it out.

Very conservative bank. Forget trying to talk to them if you want to start a new business. They will look at you like you have the plague.

I had a loan through Glen Falls, and they charged me a late fee, even though I had paid a massive amount ahead. It took me several hours, multiple calls, and many different people over the phone to get my late fee back. They have horrible customer service, and I would not recommend at all
