Parks Heritage Federal Credit Union, Glens Falls, NY

I'll be honest. Been banking here for 7 years now. The first 5 and a half were great the bank worked with us on loans for pretty much whatever we needed they were amazing. Then the last year and a half not sure what happened but just kept getting rejected for everything after having great history. We tried reaching higher ups here only to never get a call back or message. That changed. There's a new assistant branch manager there Cassandra Check and I reached out and even after business hours she sent me a message to ask what my issue was. She called me the next morning and we spoke for almost a half hour on the phone about my account and was happening. I am happy that she reached out because alot of businesses will not take the time to help. Anyways 5 stars for the first 5 and a half years 1 star for the last year and a half and 5 stars hopefully here on out moving forward. The bank is in great hands I feel with this woman.

I started an a Scottie savers here when I was 16. I turn 18 next week and now have a checking account through parks as well. My family has always used and trusted parks back from the late 1900’s when my grandmother was a nurse at GFH. I trust parks because they have always kept my money secure, and kept me up to date. There workers are great!! I’ve never had a bad experience with even one of them. All though I know me bringing in my bag of rolled change from my summer job must be something they don’t always love to do. They still have always helped me and been kind!!

I’ve been a member of parks for omg since the 80’s. I will never go anywhere else, the people that work there are like family to me. they treat you like family too. They are awesome. Always friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers. Best credit union ever.❤️

I started working here in the US last year and the staff of Parks heritage have been so helpful to me. I was able to open an account and got approved for a car loan given the fact that I was only here for a short amount of time. Kudos to them because they are very welcoming and approachable.

It is a great place to do your banking. The staff is very helpful and caring. I am so happy to have them as my credit union. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new banking environment.
