Doesn't matter you have banked with them for years. Same slow people. Trying to get a loan is like pulling teeth. Have had several loans with them paid early etc and still get treated like we don't matter. Seeking banking elsewhere since def better rates elsewhere

Only good thing about this bank is they dont charge you for over drafting from your savings. Other than that they are slow, rude, and do not do anything for their customers. They literally will not give loans out too anyone matter your payback rate or credit score or if you are in no debt. I will NEVER bank here again.

Service has been so slow, and unhelpful. Between getting my phone number wrong and my email wrong taking a loan out has been severely slow. A process that started early in the morning still was not complete within the work day.

Great bank, employees are knowledgable with fantastic attitudes. Everyting is always right in my bank accounts without without a question. A nice feel doing banking here.

Some issue we having reseving info on account s .And one person saying one thing an other person saying an other thing and another person does something else .Watch is pudding me off .So when ever the game s stop the faster we can get down to business ...

We’ve utilized them for many years and never had any issues whatsoever. The phone system is easy to use, you can speak with someone quickly and local. They’ve worked with us on loans for items when other institutions would not. We’ve also worked with the same branch manager when refinancing or taking out new loans, developing a trustworthy relationship. They will also meet other areas interest rates, which in my eyes helps them stay competitive. Overall good experiences.
