Woodforest Bank, Herkimer, NY

Worst bank I've ever seen. My partner always has problems with this bank. Can barely even use his card. Anytime we would go to a restaurant, his card would LOCK when trying to pay for our meal and even when he would confirm it's him— it would still lock. Can't even pay for a meal at a restaurant with their cards. Not to mention their awful system at adding money into the account. He cashed a student check and after working at it, it finally cashed in. We went shopping and spent the money just fine. Next day, it was negative all the money that was left in the account. The bank is a mess, they always are messing up. This isn't the first time his bank went into the negatives THAT EXCESSIVELY (like, thousands) because of their flawed system. Please, don't waste your time with this bank. Literally the worst bank I've ever seen.

I wouldnt recommend any other financial institution. Woodforest Herkimer has the best customer service. They go above and beyond to meet their clients needs. They make each client feel important and valued. Switch Today!

The staff at Woodforest are everything you want from a bank. They are friendly, professional and very helpful. I have never had a bad experience at Woodforest in Herkimer.

Recently opened an account with them. They are very friendly and professional. No monthly fees with direct deposit and quick money access

My only suggestion would be to update the website for the hours as they appear to of changed, I drove over an hour yesterday to take care of a pretty important matter only to find that you were closed, and calling tells you to look online, so clients should of been notified and your website should reflect it.
