Hudson River Community Credit Union, Hudson Falls, NY

I was interested in a home equity loan, so I filled out an online form. They pulled my credit report without warning me. Then they were unable to open a simple deposit account without me visiting a branch. Then they twice apologized for how I feel, not for what I experienced. An adult should know you can only apologize for your own behavior. Anything else is equivalent to saying "Get lost" or worse. Bianka needs a new role.

I think this is a great credit union. Many benefits to take advantage of. ATM where you can pull up to it and inside. Friendly professional staff, but not too stuffy. Inside is clean, well lit, and spacious. Would come here over a traditional bank anyday.

Poor service deposited a check on Saturday with a “teller” just got released today Thursday! Same check every week . Keep putting 4 day holds on check deposit and cash deposit with a teller pretty ridiculous.

Hands down the best credit union I've ever been too. The lobby was very clean and smelled great. The tellers were very polite, efficient, and made great conversation. I Cant recommend this branch or the individuals who operate it any more !

I always have a great experience with HRCCU, especially the Hudson Falls branch. They’re polite, efficient, and fast. I think the most time I’ve ever spent inside is 5 minutes, almost always far less. And now they’ve done away with deposit slips, which is a small thing, but still super cool. I can’t recommend them enough.

Love the friendly environment at the branch. All the ladies are knowledge and kind! Always goes above and beyond, with a smile! Will always use the Hudson falls branch!
