Very bad bank. they are so strict and rude to the customers. their banking app is full of glitches and is a terrible setup. they force you to remove your mask putting u in danger of catching a virus just to kepp their preshious money safe. WARNING to all DO NOT USE THIS BANK! They are selfish and only care about their money. this is by far the worst bank for the people.

I have been a longtime FCFCU member back to the "motel room" days. I have NEVER had a negative experience. The staff have always been helpful and courteous . They make banking a pleasure ! Undoubtedly the worst bank I have ever done business with. My card was constantly declined for no reason and the customer service representative would tell me it was because terminals and card readers get dirty. This made as much sense as the tellers telling me that they can't find any transactions being denied on my account even though over 12 transactions had been denied in theast 24 hours.

I have been a member for 40 or more yrs and have had loans, a mortgage and my savings and checking accounts and pay my bills on line. I'm sure it has helped my Credit Scores and just the ease of all my Banking needs.

They recently changed their online banking site and it’s a disaster! Can’t even access my own stuff! Really?!?!? Done with them! Can’t wait to put my money elsewhere! Can’t even email them. I need to check my account daily and now I can’t e even do that! Disappointed!

The customer service at this location is atrocious. My mom has been banking here for years and went in to withdraw funds. The clerks name tag said Caitlin and she was incredibly rude and condescending for no reason. It seemed like she was annoyed for having to help us. I understand people have bad days but the attitude was uncalled for.

Every experience that I have had with First Choice Financial has been excellent whether HELOC, Car loan, tellers, all staff have been polite, helpful, friendly, and efficient. I go to the main branch as well as the Broadalbin site and can not speak highly enough about them!!!!! Thank you!

Super inconvenient that they only have the drive thru open on Saturday. We just sat in line at the drive thru for TWENTY MINUTES!!! That is ridiculous.
