how do you get through on the phone to make a "required" appointment? i cant call the bank nor can i call the direct line of two of the associates as the calls go unanswered.

This location doesn't seem to be able to keep their ATM full / operational. Every time I go there withdraws are "Temporarily Unavailable" Seems like its more than temporary.
