If I could give a negative I would! This is the 3th time I went trying to get some info, about opening accounts and recently about getting a loan. And the front desk woman she is so rude! She didn’t even let me finish and started saying that no one was available to help us! I’m not sure if she is like that to everyone or just to us( because that has a different name) This was the las time I come back to this branch.

Theresa at front desk helped correct a debit card problem. Two others were unsuccessful but she said she was going to fix it and she did. She's a real asset to you.

They promised me a unsecured credit card after 1 year of having a starter cash secured credit card. THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME IT 16 MONTHS AFTER NEVER MISSING A PAYMENT, all you young people like me PLEASE BUILD YOUR CREDIT SOMEWHERE ELSE! I’ve been a member for 3 and a half years now this is nonsense.

Best bank I have ever used. All the staff are friendly and helpful and their fraud department is exceptional. I recommend this bank to everyone.

By far the worst credit union I've ever used. TEG and HVFCU have never disappointed me in 10 years as much as this place has in 3 months...

She was smiling when I met her, and the smiling never stopped. She enthusiastically assisted in my banking. She explained the process thoroughly, walked me through all my needs! She deserves a million stars!

I took out my first car loan back in 1987 with MHVFCU and have been with them ever since then. I have been a loyal member because of their knowledge and willingness to bring you the best possible service which has always been superb. I had some business today and was greeted by Rose to help me with my transaction. She was very efficient and extremely friendly. She is an asset to MHVFCU!
