Shane is absolutely the best. He goes above and beyond and never gets mad when I call him to ask questions. He's a great asset to your bank and he's the main reason why I continue to return to the hurly Ave branch. All the tellers are great and show good customer service as well. I looooove them all. This is a bank I wanna introduce to my family and I did. My daughter banks with them as well. I will never stop banking at the Hurley Ave branch. Shane is still my ATF. MHVFC is blessed to have Shane work there. Shane sees the members as people not as numbers. I'm not impressed with the company as a whole, however the Hurley Ave branch is my home away from home. Susan Hoyt is another great asset. Going above and beyond for us as members. The people in the back office and the people in the suits need to remember we as members choose to bank with their bank and they should not mistreat us.

I just want to say I had a very pleasant experience handling my crazy life bank issues with Shane O’Neill. He went above and beyond what is expected of him from an outsider. He took care of a couple of issues for me when They were in desperate need of fixing. He was kind , understanding and very professional. Shane’s customer service is impeccable. A1!!

Never using this bank location. Something that should of been avoided was overlooked by a Bank Rep and now I'm in overdraft because they couldn't help me with a final auto loan payment issue. Do not give this location your business.

Just a compliment, over the past few years I have had an opportunity to frequent the Hurley Avenue Branch. The tellers have always been polite, prompt and professional. I received tremendous assistance from Mrs. Hoyt and Mrs. Rosier during the same period. Amazing people, always helpful and always friendly. Nice group of people to work with, thanks.

Shane O'Neill from the Hurley Ave branch is amazing. We went to inquire about a loan. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He is very personable and made us feel comfortable whereas the other places we went to did not.

Bryan Gisiano went above and beyond to help my family out with some of the accounts we had. He was supposed to get off at 2 but stayed late to help us with what we needed to get done. I recommend Bryan to anybody. Thank you for all your help.
