They need to improve on customer service. Anytime I’ve ever had to talk to anyone on the phone or in person, that person just doesn’t seem very friendly. I deal with the public all the time and there are times I’m not feeling up to it but it’s part of the job to act friendly even if you don’t feel like doing it.

My uncle recommended me to Jim Whites because he bought a car from this place and he was very happy. So I went there because my uncle told me about a Toyota Rav4 and as soon as I saw it i really liked the car. They helped me through the process and got me approved through Southern Chautauqua credit Union and they were wonderfull!! Cierra did everything she needed to do to get me approved for the loan and I got a good low monthly payment on the car and good coverage by them. They were very polite and explained everything to me. I got to test drive my car today and it drove like a brand new car. Very please with my car and cant wait to finally have it. My all expierence was very good definitely would recommend this jim whites if your looking for a good car and southern chautauqua credit union is a good place to go if you need a loan. Deserves 5 stars both places

I have been a member of this bank for 4 years and have had a wonderful experience, until today. I called and spoke to a teller regarding a very simple, but important issue with my mobile banking app and was spoken to in an impatient, rude and unkind way by an unwilling employee. Because the issue was unresolved, I will have to call the branch every time I would like to check my balance. I am afraid of having a similar experience every time I have to call in the future and for that reason, I will be switching banks. I should be treated with dignity and respect by employees, regardless of how frustrating the issue is.

No safe deposit boxew, customer service has gone to hell in past 10 years due to rapid growth and opening many new branches. Majority of employees don't have a clue. Can't perform simple teller duties so customer must babysit and watch them close for mistakes. Older employees, which r few and far between r very knowledgeable and helpful.

My Wife has a 5 year car loan through this bank. this being the last year on the loan.(6 months left on the loan) they decide to tow our car cuz its two payments behind.(thats included in with the 6 months left) we couldnt pay BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC, But they dont care. now we cant do anything about it and they wont work with us on the payments to get the car back. so this place gets a 0 review from us.

We were referred by Rich White from Jim White's Auto to speak with Sierra about how to refinance a large car payment. We not only got a much lower rate, we financed another vehicle through Sierra! Wonderful customer service! She left no stone unturned in helping us get a good rate for both scenarios. She was always available to answer questions and help us complete paperwork. Thank You So Much Rich and Sierra for making possible something we didn't even realize we could do! We had such a good experience we directed another person to Southern Chautauqua FCU and he was approved with a great rate as well!

I would give them a 0 star if possible. Customer service is just horrible. I have been dealing with them for 10+ years and the past year they have been rude and arrogant. They don’t communicate with you or tell you anything. I wish could close my line with them but I can’t. They need to re evaluate there employees.
