Berkshire Bank, New Hartford, NY

Went there to cash a check. In line at the drive thru. Lane open sign illuminated. Third car in line. Pull-up to the window and the lady proceeds to lower the shade in my face. Then tells me the car ahead of me was her last customer. All I wanted to do I cash a stinking check. I was the last car in line. How rude of her to close the shade and not help me out. Just another reason I don’t to business with Berkshire Bank!!!!!!
