I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Patrick and his team, who were available whenever and however needed. Patrick was extremely thorough, walking us through every step of the process and answering any (and all) questions we had. He seemingly was available all hours, and was always kind and patient in the process. Patrick is very knowledgeable and honest about mortgage lending, which we really appreciated. It made us feel as though Homestead cared about our success and was invested in the process. Additionally, their rates were great and as expected with the market. Their service was timely and efficient. They also have an app that makes the process easy to understand and helps you keep everything in one spot.
