Friendly courteous and helpful service as always . They answered all my questions, informed me of my options and got me what I needed. I would recommend them as a good first option for your financial needs.

Worst customer service ever. I have used one main for a few loans over 5 or 6 years or more. I went to try to take a 3rd loan out and was originally told in the office they could do about 4500 then they turned around and took that back staying there nothing they can do. My payments have always been made on time and my payment on the new loan was 142.00 which is less than the 148 a month in paying now. But they can't verify I'd be able to pay it even though they always get paid and is less than I'm always paying. Makes sense right? I artful with the rep in corporate who just keeps repeating they can't verify I'd be able to pay less than I'm already paying now. I ask for a manager and get hung up on. Worst customer service ever. Especially to an existing customer with exceptional history.

I have been a customer of One main financial for many years. I do my business at the Utica NY Branch. Chris and Jancice have always been professional and very friendly. Now idk what has happened. But I do know now I understand why they do not keep employees very long. I'm not upset about there work. I'm upset the way I have been treated. I sent many friends there. I'm so discouraged with there in professional addituteds. I will never do in recommended them again. Very unhappy disappointed with there treatment if me. Feeling upset
