Cornerstone is absolutely horrible when it comes to banking and making it viable for people with extra money that they're looking to save. I have over 5 accounts with multiple financial institutions all of which are carrying "good debt" - if any debt at all when looking at the combined balances and/lines of credit. Of each financial institution being utilized for saving money Cornerstone is the only one who penalizes you for actually saving your money and not spending it at least once per year. Pretty sad that Banks actually discourage saving for your future. Out of the $100 I added to a savings account opened a little over 12 months ago I now have a total of $79.95 which means the savings accounts offered here are a complete trap as many are strategically designed to be these days in order to increase revenue and nothing more. All banks are in business to make money by any means necessary. That includes penalizing those with good credit and those who are able to save money. Pretty sad and completely unethical is what the entire industry is in my opinion. Also note, Cornerstone Federal Credit Union has nothing to do with the Federal Government. The name was created to deceive and nothing more. If I'm wrong about this then it makes it that much sadder and unethical that our government is behind this particular scam/business entity.

The staff at this location is very polite and helpful. Jennifer took care of all my issues in a timely manner. I will definitely return to this branch based on the excellent customer service.

I have done business with Cornerstone CFCU since the mid to late 90's. I think since they offer a new debit 💳 system with a chip implanted that it would be a good idea to keep replacement RFID (radio -frequency identification) on hand for members. …
