Seems like a decent credit union small not too many people working at times but my biggest irritation is that for this to be a financial institution they don’t have bank to bank transfers because they are not updated or advanced yet

Great place to grow and move your money. The staff is always above &beyond. The rates are unbeatable. I've been with them 23 years, always satisfied.

Terrible experience. Very unhelpful and uninformative. Left me with more questions than I started with and due to them only having 2 loan officers total you will be waiting a few days to hear back each correspondence. Went to another Credit union and accomplished all my goals. Don’t waste your time here start anywhere else and you will be a lot better off.

Really impressed with the quick turnaround and work they did on my car loan. Called Thursday and had the money Friday to close on the loan. Melinda was a super loan officer.

I love this CU! The team there at GNFCU is awesome. There was a time when other institutions refused to give me a credit card (no credit history), but GNFCU stepped in and save the day. I will never forget how good they've been to me. I'd highly encourage everyone to capitalize on the affordable services they are providing for the community. Community based institutions are essential for our growth and development; and GNFCU is doing an excellent job serving the community!

Julie is the most wonderful and responsive loan officer I have been working with. She spent time and took extra steps to help me navigate the very tight timeline the car dealership gave to me. She guided me through all the documentation requirements and helped me secure the best loan rate in the market. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Julie to anyone who is looking for a loan.

My wife and I were applying for a loan after being with them for some years now. The loan officer is very unprofessional and unhelpful in every way didn’t answer phone calls not aware of what’s need for a loan and best of all when sitting in front of her in the office was just blah . After discussing what we wanted to do or where trying to do she was still blah. Never offering ideas or how best to do that. She gave Nothing, She was as of very little help. We left her office with her saying she would call later that day after running our credit report and two weeks later we received a letter in the mail of denial for a amount we knew we weren’t going to get the day we left the office as she stated . I guess she wasn’t interested in the conversation we had in the office and did what ever she wanted to. PRICELESS hope your experience is better then ours🙂
