Been banking here for many many years, we live in Miami, Florida but have property in Norwich. This bank is great, the atmosphere, attention and service given everytime we visit is delightful. Truthfully wish I could leave a positive review. Service is less then great. Tellers always seems rude & quick to move on the the next task in the Norwich Branch. Went in to change my name, only person in the branch, waited almost 3 minutes to be acknowledged- even thought the tellers looked at me multiple times. If my loans weren’t through this bank, I’d leave.

Paul is our superstar at the Norwich Branch. We have rental property and he has been instrumental in setting up financial products to help us grow our business. His respect for female business owners is remarkable. I always feel that my input is valued and when I have questions, they are answered in a professional manner.

GHS has been there for me for many years. Assisted me with financial advise when going through a divorce and since then car loans and credit card and also a Loan to get roof of our home replaced, with a home equity loan. The customer service here in Norwich is wonderful. The girls help will cashing and depositing with friendly words and smiles and these days this is very necessary for good business. Thanks

I didn’t hear of GHS until last year. I went to a dealer in Norwich (with sketchy credit), to buy a BRAND new dump trailer. They sent my loan application to GHS and I INSTANTLY got approved with very little money down required. The payment, the term, and interest rate were awesome considering my credit history. They weren’t even upset when the loan got paid off 2-3 years early LOL!! Paul at the Norwich branch is my go to loan guy from here on out! For ANYTHING! He’s professional, honest, helpful and best of all LAID BACK. Definitely recommend Paul and GHS for loans! I know I’ll be back when I need a loan again!
