Access Federal Credit Union, Oneida, NY

They find 100 reasons to make you come into the bank, (even after verifying your identity over the phone) even though you let them scan your ID and they have it on file to see each time you call! No matter what you try to get them to do they practically always tell you, "You're gonna have to come in" like all of us have the same work hours as they do!

A car rental place from a decade ago charged me twice and totally screwed my account up, they put the money back in to the account and these crooks are trying to sue me over money they already got. I highly recommend any bank in the Oneida area over this one. This bank is a fraud.

Have been with this credit union for over 25 years. It's a small credit union, so you must take that into consideration. They are open during the week and on Saturday mornings, with little option for customer service after hours, however they are local and care about their members and community.

So many 1 star reviews calling this a 'Bank'. It might not have all the convieneces of a Bank, but it also isnt as shady as a Bank.

Sitting on the floor at the Oneida branch, as there aren't enough chairs to accommodate the 3 groups of people waiting to speak to the one MSR on staff. Been here an hour now, with no indication that I'll be seen anytime soon. Meanwhile, four tellers sit behind the glass, chatting with one another while enjoying their Taco Bell slushies. The whole reason I'm here is to close my account so I don't have to waste another moment of my life dealing with this poor excuse for a credit union. Thanks for proving me right, Access. Good riddance.

Save yourself the headache and use a different bank. Been nothing but one problem after another with this bank.
