NBT Bank, Oneida, NY

Have been banking with them since long before they were NBT. The bank people have always been nice, but the mortgage person didn't want to put any effort into helping me make an informed decision, acted like he didn't even want to talk with me, and I still haven't recieved the pre-qualification he said he was sending me. So tired of wasting my time.
