KeyBank, Oneonta, NY

Everyone who works at this branch is extremely helpful and kind. The only bank I use where I actually enjoy going into the lobby instead of the drive thru atm.

I opened up a new account and it has taken over 10 days for me to be able to touch any of my money. I have to pay bills and other expenses and I can't even do that. Would not suggest opening an account at any key bank.

the tellers are great but the they have ripped me a few times in the past key the company that is but they are still my bank ugh but the tellers at this branch are always nice

You say your open until 4 on Fridays get there way before 4 and your closed I go to the one on chestnut and it's closed at 4 when it says your open until 5 on Friday. Can't even pay bills
