I have accounts with Chase, Wells Fargo, Charles Schwab, etc. However, at Community Bank in Oneonta, I had the best experience among all these banks. Strongly recommended!

This bank is absolutely terrible. You can't reach them by email if you have problems, they're hardly ever open, and the customer service is atrocious. This bank is exploitative of clients and the overdraft fees are through the roof with little to no availability to contact staff with questions regarding how to appeal. There is zero help that is readily available. There is no online support and minimal phone support that hardly qualifies as "support" at all. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

The veteran employees are amazing. New ones very impersonable. I had too many bad issues in the past that I'm looking into changing banks. I use the app and they always change the amount all the time when I dont use it luckily I balance it myself but whats the point of the app if you will say its one amount then an hoir later goes up where it should be and does that on and off.

My 90 year old mother had her life savings in the Community Bank located on Main St. in Oneonta, NY. The bank lost all of her money. This was a horrible experience for her and hard to stomach as we had to argue with different members of the bank who blamed the family for her loss. Very sad and disgusting!

Very rude and slow staff hassled me over trying to make a deposit. The manager in particular seemed upset to have to deposit a check . . .
