They generally have better rates than the big sleazy banks, AND they have stellar customer service. My next car (and probably my mortgage) will definitely be with them! They're also VERY quick to respond to emails in my experience, which is a bonus

Started charging me a monthly fee for my inactive savings account. I thought I was safe to leave some money in savings at SFCU for a rainy day, I was wrong. If I wanted to get nickel and dimed with fees I'd go to a skeezy for-profit bank like Chase. Go f yourself SFCU, closed all my accounts

This place is awful . Wait in line for 20 minutes for one transaction. Oh and then they change you to cash a check drawn from there own accounts . Way to be a terrible bank . The poor people that are stuck banking with this place . What an awful way to live . These people are not bankers they are thieves , hiding behind some BS .
