I can't say enough about this company, I strongly recommend them if you are in the market for a mortgage. John Becker is amazing, he is attentive and is very experienced when it comes to all aspects of obtaining a mortgage! Give these folks a shot if you want a headache free mortgage! We just closed a mortgage In Florida with them and had an awesome experience!!

Watch out. Great salesman here but bait and switch. What they sell you on is not what you receive ends up costing you 1000's more. If you are ok with loosing money and over paying fees, paying fees twice and paying more than what it would cost you elsewhere call HB&O. On the upside they will do what ever it takes to get you the mortgage so they get paid. They follow up and follow thru to complete a sale is amazing. The down side it is not what you are explained to you numbers keep changing days and hours before closing never in your favor.. After the sale and they get paid you are better off walking away if you need any help. You send them multiple emails, phone calls and no response. once you start faxing written requests you get 1 call back. They say they will follow-up on your issues and you never hear from them again. Working with John Becker jr. for after sale support it useless he doesn't care. You can make your own determination about what type of people work here and the type of operation it is but not the type I would think anyone who cares about their money should use.

Have done several loans with the team there. They always treat us well and have always been more than helpful for us getting the right loans to fit our needs.

The team at HB&O made buying our first house a breeze! They were so understanding and helped us learn the home buying process too!
