If you want a bank that works, has great online options, can setup google wallet and has plentiful ATMs, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Seriously! The level of ineptitude from this chain of banks is unbelievable! I've had consistently better experiences with USAA located in Texas, and I live in NY! Outside of the counter staff, I think this place is run by a bunch Alzheimer patients. If you want to do anything online, you NEED to be at one of their physical locations to sign up. They'll tell you that you can do things over the phone, but I've gone eight years without online banking and 6 without key on my phone because they couldn't verify identity every time I've attempted. God forbid you need to update the expiration date for your card on any app, get a new phone, or receive an update from the app store.
