The ladies at One Main are always super friendly and make the process really easy. They go through everything and will answer any question you have. I also like that they call from time to time to see how my loan is doing and if I need anything. Excellent customer service!

I have done business with them for about 5 years or more and everytime was so good. They are the best. All I do is pick up the phone, then go in next day to finish the paperwork. My check was in my bank the next day.

The ladies at your Oswego office were very nice and attentative to what we needed to do. We let our credit cards get the best of us, and we were having a problem with paying them and mounting medical bills for us and our dog. They got us as much as they could and we got rid of our biggest cards, and made a large amount on a couple other cards, making it easier for the payments.

I went to the Oswego office and All the ladies their especially Jennifer where all amazing I was in need of help at Christmas time 2x and boom they all pulled together and helped me out . I felt very cared about and special with all of them . Thanks Team Oswego

Loan was applied for on a Sunday, approved on Monday, and the money in my bank on Tuesday. If everything was that efficient there would be a lot fewer problems in the world. Thanks.

Cathy went above and Beyond for me while dealing with a personal matter she actually took on as it was her own and got it settled, I can’t say how much I appreciate everything she did I hope the company knows exactly how hard she does work and what an asset she is !
