Oswego Federal Credit Union is an amazing bank, with wonderfully helpful staff. Kieran is one of go to tellers, always greetinge with a smile and some pleasant small talk while I do my banking. If your in search of a new bank and live in the area, I would defentally pick here!

I avoid the East side location. My deposits have been placed in the wrong account, been given a money order in the wrong amount, and even been denied cashing a check that was accepted without issue at another branch of OCFCU. It's frustrating and they don't seem to care.

This credit union is the best. They've help me come so far in the past 5 years. Always go above and beyond. Thank you so much

I absolutely love doing business at Oswego county federal credit union. They are my go to for auto loans, mortgage, and everything in between. The customer service is amazing. Highly recommend !

The workers are nice, but cards and mobile banking seem to always have issues. Mobile banking app takes your account off your phone randomly, I know of a few people who's cards will deny, but will work at the next place they go. Those things are big deals. I hate not being able to see how much is in my account, make transfers for my bills, etc. because the app screws up on a weekend. I loved banking here, but those two things are just ruining it for me.
