SeaComm Federal Credit Union, Plattsburgh, NY

I recently opened an account at SeaComm Federal Credit Union in Plattsburgh. They have been beyond helpful and friendly. I messed up, not realizing that I opened a savings, vs checking account and wrote a check on the account. They contacted me, completed all the paperwork and created a checking account for me in the time it took me to drive over and sign the papers. Check never bounced and all is good. That is real service!

Our family has been with SeaComm for many many years. They’ve been wonderful and helpful. The knowledge and guidance they’ve offered have been extremely useful over the years. I will stay loyal to them as they have been loyal to me and my family.

I have been a Seacomm Federal Credit Union member since the early 1970's. I moved from Massena to Plattsburgh more than 10 years ago but I continued to hold all my accounts with them. They are a wonderful group of people and I have never had a bad experience in all those years. I am excited that the Plattsburgh branch opened up in the last few months. Already the Plattsburgh employees have settled in and been more than gracious every time I go to the office. Of course, there are always growing pains with any new business but if an employee didn't have an answer for me they quickly called someone. I have been extremely satisfied with this credit union. Seacomm also cares about the community they represent and will be an excellent contributor to this area. It is a testament to their business growth that they expanded from Massena to Canton, Potsdam, Malone and Ogdensburg areas before coming to Plattsburgh.

Thank you so much for you kind gift. My family enjoyed a wonderful evening at the regal cinema watching Star Wars. You generously bought all the tickets for opening night and gave them away for free! ,!!!!!! You are amazing ! We can’t thank you enough! Your the best!

Great place to bank with. Very friendly staff. Recently worked with assistant manager Vanessa for a car loan. She made everything very quick and easy, was very professional and outgoing. Highly recommended seeing her for your loan and banking needs

I love this credit union!!! They are the only ones who ever give back to their customers and community!!! Also the only credit union to have a awesome account for kids and specials wheel spins after each report card!
