Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, Red Hook, NY

I’ve been a patron of MHV for years now, and I will never sway from my favorites at the Red Hook branch. Pretty much everyone has always been so helpful and accommodating. Rachel always goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met, and never judges me when I come to her for help with our accounts. The entire line of tellers is amazing, greet me by name every time I walk in, always with a smile. They anticipate my needs before I even get to the counter. I have only had one run in with an employee that was less than desirable, and I have no problem staying away from them when they’re on the clock and sticking with the amazing crew that takes such good care of me! I miss the awesome staff that has gone on ti other branches, like Jackie and Erica. Thankfully Rachel, Brooke, Taylor, Lydia and Chris, haven’t moved on to other locations, and I’m so happy to be their client any day of the week!!

Over the last 18 years I have had outstanding customer service for my banking needs at the Red Hook branch. Rachel is knowledgeable and courteous. She has held several positions at this bank and has always been a true professional. It is always a pleasure to do banking here. Please disregard earlier rating that was error on my part. 5 star rating for sure.

When I initially set up the account there was 24hr banking. Now because they dint want to pay thier employees a living wage (staffing issues) they can no longer provide the services they originally advertised. I hope there aren't anymore excuses when I close my account with them
