Their fraud department is flagging next to everything making your card be rejected repeatedly and freezing your account. Even paying for my doctor visit was flagged as fraud. I appreciate fraud detection but not for everyday purchases and expenses, especially from locations you have a history with - seems like something has recently changed and they should consider switching back.

Was approved for a vehicle loan through a dealership but the dealership wasn't informed of the rate. I spent two days trying to call the contact at Americu to find out what the rate and term of the approved loan was. Gave up and went to First source who had the process finished in less than 5 hours Update: I received a call back and an explanation for the disconnect that I found to satisfactory. I real appreciate the call back despite not ultimately doing business with this institution. Shows real class and character and that they don't see people as just numbers. So I have updated my rating for this credit union

If you need a notary done under a time crunch to cancel a mass mutual policy this branch isnt reliable. This branch refused to notarize the last page which was a notary section needed because i had previously signed i would suggest going to see jeanna at the black river branch shes fantastic and will just have you re-sign the documents and date them.but as of today i will no longer frequent this branch and will solely do business at the black river branch
