Always a great experience when I come into the branch. My first time there the Branch Manager made it a point to meet me and welcome me. I would definitely recommend coming here as this is one of the few places that still stresses a personal experience.

Tracy, the Manager in Saratoga is the absolute worst. I’ve never ever met anyone so unprofessional. She called me today to chide me for being snarky. She first tried to tell me that I was there in person which is an absolute lie. I didn’t realize being snarky is a crime. She told me I’m not allowed to set foot on the property. Um what? And they locked my account. I have no access to my thousands of dollars of funds. How is this even legal? I’ll be contacting Leticia James today. I bet she can figure it out….:
