Saratoga National Bank, Saratoga Springs, NY

Not the best loan APR I had on several other car loans. I had 0%,1.9% with dealerships.

This bank has scammed me out of money from overcharging and then repeatedly sent me around in a circle because none of them wanted to deal with the issue. Last time I called I was hung up on and still have no sign of getting the money back they owe me. DO NOT ever use this bank they will wrong you as much as they can and steal from you.

Couldn't be more dissapointed with how we were treated at this branch and by this bank. We had to shut our business down and made a mistake with some checks, they were made aware of the situation but still told clients of ours that they should "call the police on us" for writing checks from a closed account. Terrible situation that caused us to have to deal with things we shouldn't have had too over a simple mistake they were made aware of and should have had our backs on!

I have been a customer of this bank for over 10 years and do not recall ever having a problem. Service is always great.

They’re usually very nice here, but the one teller Jenelle was less than pleasant. Barely spoke to me, looked annoyed I even existed. Terrible customer service from her. Will be trying to avoid service from her from now on. Other than that everyone is very nice to deal with!

Stay away from this bank at all costs! They are very unprofessional and provide horrible customer service and misinformation with their products offered.
