Money Federal Credit Union, Syracuse, NY

I have been banking with Money FCU for over 20 years. The people there are great! Even now that I don't work in the building anymore and I contact them mostly through their app or by phone, they know who I am right away. And I KNOW some of them have worked there for almost as long as I have been banking there. :) Plus they have been on the forefront of technology changes, such as paperless statements (yes, that long ago), shared branch availability, and mobile deposit. I can't say enough good things about them.

We have been using MFCU for a handful of years of years now. Debbie has always taken care of us. From the first call, to signing documents and getting the check for the loan, Debbie makes the whole process so smooth and easy. They also always have the best rates around. MFCU treats you like family, we would never go anywhere else.

I recently received a loan from MFCU. I worked with Amy who was incredibly helpful and time efficient. She helped me get my loan settled within a week to pick up my new car! From all the research I did, MFCU seems to have the best rates in the Syracuse area, highly recommend!
