ACMG gave me my first car loan. The entire process took less than an hour and the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Going to this bank for 15 years. Fast or slow the service is good. Car loan rates if you are a member are great. Had a couple loans now with ACMG and just aways make my payment on time the app. I think the blue slip maybe hard for some to understand and get it right. After awhile just get used to how to fill the blue slip out.

Honestly, I used to love this place and swear by it, these days however, I feel like I am swearing at it more than buy it. Customer service has dropped down so significantly in the past four years that it’s not even worth going anymore. Will be closing my accounts as soon as I am able to determine where I want to go for my banking services in the future. They change the rules about deposits, and figure they don’t need to tell their customers anything.
