They make up "rules" as they go. They charge more fees than Chase Bank. Their customer service is negative 1. They don't treat all customers equally, if you catch my drift. You'd be better off at a bank with the amount of fees for using your money trust me !

Obvious SECNY is my credit union for a three years, the personal care is outstanding. [Lori] is awesome! Her level of customer service is by far some of the best I have ever experienced, and I do not believe this is the first time I have encountered her. She is very professional, and you get the sense she really wants to help. Five stars! Thank you for an outstanding service!

Lynda was extremely helpful getting my auto loan done quickly. Their rates were the best I could find in the area as well.

If I could give this credit union negative stars, I would do it. I have had bad experiences from everything from the staff to the "services" they provide...honestly, the list is so long that I can't even list them all here. Frankly, I have nothing good to say.

Never ever had a problem with this credit unions. My husband and I have been members for over 30 years and have had multiple loans through them and have never been denied. We wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.... Keep up the great work.

Go to the branch @ 4727 W Seneca, and expect to wait, wait, and wait. They'll take care if you but they're always busy, even without a lot of people in the branch. I declined membership today, they were asking, way too many questions, some not required by banks.
