Phone system is a nightmare, online is just as bad. Tech wise they are stuck in the 80s. They really expect you to drive to a location to pay your car loan each month. They legit make it hard to pay them.

Do not waste your time with this credit union. Yes you will get approved for a car loan, but their customer service is awful. I've been waiting a year now to finish setting up a full bank account with them, but they fired the woman who was helping me and didn't bother assigning a new worker. It's been over a year now and I'm still waiting (even with multiple attempts on my end yo complete this).

I've been a member for 11 years, but that's going to end. I'm trying to get help with what should be a simple request and I'm getting zero cooperation. Their customer service is the worst. It is impossible to reach them.

Worst bank when it comes to making payments through the phone. Besides waiting almost over 10 minutes for someone to pickup one person says you can make the payment while the next person you get transferred to says they can’t get into your account although they’ve done it before. Such a hassle for everything. Every time I try to make a payment there’s an issue.

Absolutely horrible, out of service ATM half way through my transaction, didn't even eat and shred my card like they said an ATM would do. Now anyone can see my numbers and screw up my account. Had to cancel card and lose access to my bank for a month. Absolutely horrible bank

This is one of the worst places that you could go seek credit. Let me clairfy it has nothing to do with the approval or not. An individual purchased a vehicle throughout them and of course u would need insurance reg etc. Had all that and wanted for that individual to personally send them car ins person did . All good 4 months after they send a person bill they added a car insurance that already has car insurance and they charged another 7k to the loan what place is this what do these people do and what kind of educated individuals do they hire, and on top of all this they want u to call 3rd party insurance company to seek refund to ur loan.This is clearly their error and they should be reposible for all of it. One word sue the heck out of this bank and its employees

Got a mortgage with them and because of the way they are set up, I am unable to make any large payments to my balance because they consider payments a "transfer" to their account, and they have monthly transfer limits that are not very large. Customer service was not helpful and argumentative. I can't wait to refinance my loan away from this terrible company. If I could post 0 stars, I would.

Stop sending me letters, I have never had an account here and do not do any business here. Tried calling customer service to just be cold transferred and placed on hold repeatedly.
