Very unprofessional. No smile . Open an account with lady name Bethany she is rude and unprofessional and dressed unprofessional in the office. Did not explaining the details about a checking account. Needs better training and customer service.

When I call the local number about a vehicle loan I made LOCALLY, I expect to be helped instead of brushed off to a faceless 1 800 number where I have to wait 15 minutes on the phone only to have my call lost and have to repeat the call over again. very unhappy
