The tellers are friendly. The office staff are dismissive and oddly rushed.
The bank is usually fairly empty whenever I go inside. And yet the office employees all seem to talk and act as if they are in a great hurry to be anywhere else.
The difference between the tellers and the office workers is like night and day. Bright, helpful, friendly folks up front and sallow-skinned, dismissive, speedsters in the back.
I’ve been looking for another bank for two weeks now. After 30 years of banking at WSB, it finally dawned on me that I don’t have to put up with their behavior. I was hoping for a tiny bit of information about my accounts. I was told to go online instead. Why do you have an onsite office if you’d prefer customers use google instead?
A bank exists to use our money to make a profit. You’d think the office workers would know this better than anyone. At a minimum, the people who have your money for three decades should at least be able to manage a three minute report. If you’re too busy to tell me about my money, I’ll go elsewhere. Such a shame because I really adore the tellers. But unfortunately they’re not trained to answer the more personal financial questions.

To start I have complained that the mobile deposit feature does not work and no one can ever fix it for the last year. Today I go you the drive thru sid . Stop so I can fill out my deposit slip for 2 checks. This was 4:52. The open lanes were all green lights. At 4:55 the lights went to closed and I was trying to do a deposit. I went to the lobby doors which say open until 5 PM Friday for both lobby and window, and its locked as well. And employees staring at me through the windows. How unprofessional! I will be clearing the rest of my account and going to bank that cares about its members!

Visited the drive thru when they were about to close. I asked if they can change my small bills to big bills. The clerk said no it's for customers that have an account. I was planning on getting an account but after getting that response I don't wanna bother. I will take my business somewhere else, thank you for answering where to open an account.

Very slow service. Poor customer service skills. I understand the bank and manager is busy, but think she should have the decency to at least say hello when I am waiting an hour and she walks by me at least three times.

I have been with WSB for decades and I am always treated as a person....not just a number. The staff is courteous and friendly. I have gone to them when I need help and they always take care of the issue. They just have that personal touch that makes you feel valued
