Woodforest Bank, Watertown, NY

My husband and I have a joined account here and someone hacked are account there and we went to go close it today and they won't let us close it the -689 and some odd change

Their service is very poor there. They don't know what they are doing. They are always messing up my accounts and I have to pay the over draft fees. They have done this for over a year now. I am just about done with them. The only reason I opened was for the convience for when I traveled to visit in VA there is one there too. This is awful.....!!!

We love this bank!! The ladies there are amazing and so helpful! In a world where everything is online and automated, it’s so nice to have that personal connection with the tellers when we visit.

The ladies at the bank are amazing & help you in any way they can! I love banking with Woodforest i barely have any issues with them i 100% reccomend this bank.

I've had this Bank 5 years now.. I've had nothing but problems with this Bank. I do side work they give me nothing but issues holding my checks for 7 days and there payroll checks. If you hold your checks more than a week and your dresser drawer they think you're doing fraud they won't cash them they'll hold them for 7 days because I didn't cash it right away.. That's just a little example there is much much more if I was you I would just go to a different bank before going to this one little bank with no money and wasting your time..

I opened an account there last week and they informed me I would not have any fees at all and when I inserted 20 dollars to save they took it immediately for a debit card fee when I called about it they said it would be back in the account the next day but it never went back in terrible experience

Terrible customer service andthey can't even answer simple questions over the phone which would insinuate that they don't have much knowledge about what they do
