Although my time with Sharefax Credit Union was short, it was wonderful! Gina and Dawn were so knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me in getting my mothers accounts in the right direction. Every time I was there, they were professional, friendly and helpful. After my mother passed Gina actually came out and gave me a hug! Tiffany was also friendly and helpful! This experience was very nice. I wish I didn’t live out of state because I would go to that one more often.

Great meeting with Gina today. She is a warm, intelligent and the epitome of stellar customer service. My parents have banked with Sharefax Credit Union for over 50 years and I understand why they had confidence in the establishment. I’ve been a member of Sharefax Credit Union for 6 months. A friend of mine recommended that I check into the benefits they offer. My only regret is not doing it sooner! I’ve been a member with Sharefax for over 30 years! All of the Tellers are very friendly and efficient! They go out of their way to be helpful! Whenever I’ve had to call with an issue the people taking the calls were so helpful and made sure everything was taken care of! I’ve been taking care of my accounts and my church’s accounts for many years! I really feel like the tellers are like family!

Been with Sharefax for 20+years. Loved them, they were small business, friendly, personable, and in all was a family feeling bank while all the other big banks were racking up fees, I felt safe with Sharefax. These past 5 years have been horrible. I guess after you started charging random fees here and there, got all that money- build the big building then turned around and hired HORRIBLE customer service reps. I work in customer service so for me to call MY bank to inquire about MY money - I apologize if that bothers you- Go work somewhere where you don't interact with people. I literally just got off the phone with Mick! I had to ask for the name (I should know who I'm speaking to). Then I had to damn near draw out answers to my questions that if this CUSTOMER SERVICE person had a personality and drive to be awake at work- I could of got all my answers in less the time. Sorry to bother you Mick- at your job - as a customer service rep! If my whole family wasn't tied into Sharefax I'd find another credit Union that remembers why they're a credit union and not a big bank! Getting to big for your britches - stay humble before you crumble!

There’s no one better in banking than Amber Jordan! She was so helpful with my vehicle loan & even changed things (more than once) for me. Customer service isn’t dead after all! I highly recommend Amber @ Sharefax for your banking needs!

Going with sharefax was a great decision. I was able to get a half percent better rate going with these guys compared to everyone else I checked with. Amber Jordan was very sweet and knowledgeable and made the end of lease buy out process so easy for me. I couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend!
