They did not follow through with their obligations of settling our debt after we paid the agreed upon amount in full. 5 years after everything was supposedly completed, we are getting sued by a debtor that was included in their scope to pay off but they never did. We called them about it and they said there is nothing they are willing to do and our case was closed. Extremely dissatisfied!!
